what kind of product was it ?

If order arrives and is as advertised there should be a 5/5 feedback...talk to your vendor about such issues so they can better ship there product, dont just take away feedback point because it wasnt shipped the exct manner you wanted if did not discuss it with the vendor upon order or even before ordering...happytree pleae direct your customer to this thread via URL link.
I think he should go back an edit the feedback to 5/5.

Exactly Normal.....it makes me mad because it happens to be the best seller (in my opinion on SR) - he/she is fastest, most communicative and works his/her a$$ off to do this. So for someone to just knock a point for this is REDDIC.
To answer Chil, the product was NOT weed and/or any other kind of drug that would emit an odor....That's why I made the bloodhound comment. But I doubt even a bloodhound could!

Dogs are not sniffing domestic mail...only international ones unless the package looks really weird...thats why i stick to flat rate evelopes and priority mail stamps keeps the package looking like thousads and thousands of other flat rate evelopes and has priority so is in transit max 3-4 days.

I got a similar 4/5 review today for not vacuum sealing an order of 2C-E and for apparently having "oversized" 2" x 3" storage bags. This seems rather silly to me because 2C-E has a very weak and very indistinct odor (not that any jurisdiction has dogs trained to sniff out 2C-E, anyway) and because the buyer didn't inform me of any special shipping preferences.
